Starting a Return

Before returning a product, email support@fusionfashion.com.au with:

• your full name;
• order number;
• product being returned;
• reason for the return; and
• photographs or videos if the product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.

If your return is approved, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions.

Do not send products to our business location or any address shown on the original parcel unless we have confirmed the correct return address in writing.
